What You'll Do:

• Engage with Qualified Leads: Respond to inbound leads, conduct virtual consultations (phone and video), and build rapport with families seeking life insurance solutions. Schedule a virtual consultation with new clients daily.
• Provide Expert Advice: Analyze client needs and present tailored solutions (IULs, annuities, life insurance) that provide security.
• Close Sales & Build Relationships: Effectively present solutions, close sales, and cultivate lifelong client relationships.
• Protect Families: Write applications - $2,000-$10,000 Annual Premium Volume (APV) week (or more if you're an over-achiever). (Annual Premium Volume is the total yearly cost of the insurance policy.)
• Leadership Development (Optional): For those interested in agency building, we offer a clear path with mentorship, team building, and advanced training to help you develop your leadership skills.

What You'll Need:
