About the Role:
As a Client Success Partner, you'll leverage your passion to drive client progress. You'll build strong client relationships, educate them on life insurance options, and provide exceptional customer service. This remote role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Your Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Respond to qualified inbound leads seeking life insurance solutions.
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone and video to assess client needs.
- Empower families through consultative sales, presenting and closing tailored solutions (IUL, annuities, life insurance).
- Build lasting client relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Leadership Development (Optional):
- For those seeking to build their own agency, we provide a clear pathway including mentorship, team building, and advanced training.
- Develop your skills to build your own agency.
- Continuously develop your skills and industry knowledge.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Efficient Lead Management: Manage leads, schedule appointments, and close deals effectively.
- Consistently Process Applications: Aim for $2,000-$10,000+ in weekly annual premium.
- Ethics: Uphold the highest ethical standards in all client interactions.

- Active Life Insurance License (in your state of residence) or ability to obtain licensure quickly.
