What You'll Achieve:

  • Engage with Qualified Leads: Respond to inbound leads, conduct virtual consultations (phone and video), and build rapport with families seeking insurance solutions.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Analyze client needs and present tailored solutions that provide security.
  • Close Sales & Build Relationships: Effectively present solutions, close sales, and cultivate lifelong client relationships.
  • Protect Families: Write applications with a target of $2,000-$10,000+ in Annual Premium Volume (APV) weekly. (Annual Premium Volume is the total yearly cost of the insurance policy).
  • Develop Leadership Skills (Optional): Pursue agency building with dedicated mentorship and advanced training.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (or demonstrated potential).
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed with a relentless work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, video conferencing, and online quoting platforms.
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and uphold high ethical standards.
  • Active Life Insurance License (in your state of residence) or the ability to obtain one quickly.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • US Citizen or Legal Resident.
